  1. Scope – These Terms govern all use of greenhealth.co.in and any purchase made through the site.

  2. Medical disclaimer – Products are Ayurvedic dietary supplements/topicals, not medicines per Drugs & Cosmetics Act. Consult a licensed physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or on prescription drugs.

  3. Pricing & Taxes – Prices in INR include GST unless stated. International buyers are responsible for import duties and VAT at destination.

  4. Order acceptance – Confirmation email ≠ acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel/refund any order due to stock, pricing error, or regulatory restrictions.

  5. Intellectual property – All content is property of Green Health Herbals & Remedies; reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

  6. Limitation of liability – In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

  7. Dispute resolution – Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Malappuram, Kerala.

  8. Changes to Terms – We may revise these Terms; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
