1. Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 IST Mon–Fri ship same day.

Orders after cut-off or on public holidays ship next business day.
2. Domestic (India)

Customs duties/VAT are payable by the recipient. We provide HS codes and AYUSH license to facilitate clearance.
4. Tracking
A tracking link is emailed automatically once the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
5. Lost / Delayed Parcels
A shipment is considered lost if no tracking update occurs for 15 days (India) or 30 days (international). We will send a free replacement or full refund.
