1. Eligibility Window
We accept return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery, based on the shipment’s carrier scan date.
2. Return Conditions

3. Return Fees

Domestic (India) – ₹ 80 flat return-shipping fee, deducted from refund.

International – Return shipping at buyer’s cost; original shipping & duties non-refundable.
4. Return Method

Email returns@greenhealth.co.in with order number + photo of item.

Receive a pre-paid label (India) or RMA number (international).

Ship within 5 days; insure parcel for its value.

On inspection approval, refund issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Damages & Wrong Items
Photograph outer carton + item within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
