Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility Window

We accept return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery, based on the shipment’s carrier scan date.

2. Return Conditions

Item Type Must be – Non-returnable if –
Sealed consumables (powders, syrups, capsules, lehyams) Unopened, outer seal intact, stored below 30 °C Seal broken, sticker tampered, or storage guidelines ignored
Topicals (oils, gels, balms) Original shrink-wrap in place Cap opened or product used
Final-sale items Marked Clearance or Short Dated on product page

3. Return Fees

  • Domestic (India) – ₹ 80 flat return-shipping fee, deducted from refund.

  • International – Return shipping at buyer’s cost; original shipping & duties non-refundable.

4. Return Method

  1. Email returns@greenhealth.co.in with order number + photo of item.

  2. Receive a pre-paid label (India) or RMA number (international).

  3. Ship within 5 days; insure parcel for its value.

  4. On inspection approval, refund issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Damages & Wrong Items

Photograph outer carton + item within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
